Test Command Item
Sends a test command in control direction (client->server).
The item type has the following properties:

To trigger a test command:
- Configure the test command with the properties listed above;
- Set a new value on the item - not sent to server, only used for triggering a test command;
- On success; the value on the item is set;
- On failure; the value on the item is not set - check log for more information.
