Properties
This item is uses to configure StreamFunction (SF) to spool. Default value is false ()
The Spool Config Item item type has the following properties:

SpoolStream | The stream number (Default=-1). Spooling allows equipment to queue messages intended for the host. This happens during times of communication failure, and then delivers these messages when communication is restored. Spooling is limited to primary messages of user-selected streams.
