Item Attributes

Items have attributes (sometimes also referred to as properties). They can be changed by selecting one or more items in the Solution Explorer or an item view. The attributes are changed in the Property Editor.

Adding item attributes

Attributes can be added to items by selecting one or more items in the Solution Explorer or a view, and then clicking the "Add Property button" in the Property Editor. A dialog box will appear listing attributes/properties that can be added. Select one or more attributes and click "Ok" to add the attributes.

Removing item attributes

Attributes can be removed from items by selecting one or more items in the Solution Explorer or a view, and then clicking the "Remove Property" button in the Property Editor. A dialog box will appear where attributes that can be removed are listed. Select one more attributes and click "Ok" to remove the attributes.

Note: Not all the attributes can be removed. Only the ones which have been added previously.
