Item type: FileItem
Item which makes it possible to interpret files as byte array or write byte array to file
The FileItem item type has the following properties:

| NewTimestampEveryReadCycle | This attribute indicated whether the item should get a new timestamp even if the content is the same | 10008 | Persisted |
| OnlyReadWhenTriggered | This attribute indicates whether the item should only read source when triggered, and not when it is attempted to be read itself | 10010 | Persisted |
| OperatingMode | This attribute selects whether it content is read or should be written | 10001 | Persisted, Enumerated |
