OPC UA Certificate Management
In many circumstances, you will need to define one or more Endpoints for your APIS Hive configuration. As an typical example, when enabling the APIS Hive UA Server, you will need to enable at least one Endpoint for the UA communication to run on. As default, there will be one Endpoint available listed under the available Endpoints for your instance. If not, or you want to add another Endpoint, see Adding an Endpoint . If you want to use / modify an existing Endpoint, see Modifying an Endpoint.
Managing OPC UA Certificates
From the tree view in APIS Management Studio, locate the Endpoints folder under your instance, then right click and choose Manage UA Certificates.
Then, a new dialog will appear, like shown below. Use this to specify the Public Key Infrastructure you want to use. We recommend using the default PKI Type: SSL.
As UA clients connect to the Hive UA server, their certificates will be rejected until you open the Certificate Manager, and explicitly select a rejected certificate and clicks the Trust button.
